The bright lights, the camera’s flashing and the roar of the crowd. There is no better feeling for our upper level vaulters than wowing a crowd with a dazzling show of equestrian vaulting. Removing the judges and restrictions of competitive vaulting allows us to create a truly unique variety of vaulting and gives us the opportunity to interact with spectators and go beyond someone just watching equestrian vaulting for the first time.

To fulfill our desires of performing and sharing this sport we were so passionate about with as many people as possible, Cami and KyLynn, two of our upper level coaches at the time decide to form GOHA, the Gymnastics on Horseback Association. The goal of the group from the outset was to use performance vaulting as a mechanism for growing the sport and expanding it’s reach around not only our community, but the entire nation. Audition based, the team would pull our most talented vaulters to practice year round and create multiple routines for different genres. This versatility lead to the group performing everywhere from county fairs and renaissance festivals to even auditioning for Americas Got Talent.
